My wife and I are still giving each other hand written notes even in this day and age of computers and everything electronic. Just like now that our wedding anniversary is coming up, I'm planning to give my wife a small gift and add in an anniversary card. I find writing an anniversary card on your own a great idea, it does not only express your feelings through it, I find it more special and meaningful. You can make use of a few line quotations like: "Thanks for the wonderful years together! I’d do it again…and again….and again!", "Knowing you'll be in all my tomorrows, makes my today so wonderful!", "Happy Anniversary to the one I'll always want, even when I'm too old to remember what I'm supposed to want you for". There are a thousand ways to say "I love you". Make whatever you say meaningful, and try to add a few special notes that only he or she will understand. You should take enough time to write a thoughtful and emotional message as the occasion marks a special milestone in both your lives.
